Clubs Registration Information

IBSB School Club Programme

Parents are advised to register as soon as possible in the weeks before the club sessions begin, keeping in mind that we work on a first-come first-served basis.

Each school produces a mini brochure with details on the clubs available for the term, including age requirements, maximum number possible in the club, a brief description of the club, and a schedule for the terms activities.

Term 1 Registration Information

Dates and Details

The Second term’s Afterschool Activities Program is divided into 2 half:

- 1^st half term runs over 5 weeks ( 19^th September – 21^st October 2011 )

- 2^nd half term runs over 7 weeks ( 31^st October – 15^th December 2011 )

Important Reminders

Each child may enrol in one activity per day.

The Primary Activities run on Monday- Thursday from 3:00- 3:50 p.m.

The Secondary Activities run Wednesday/Thursday 3.10 - 4.00pm.

Parents are responsible to ensure the collection of their child at 4:00 pm if they are not registered to take the bus.

Registration Procedure

- Review the activities with your child.

- Select no more than one activity per day

- Clearly mark your selections on the sign-up form

- In order to ensure prompt consideration, hand in your completed sign-up form to the After School Coordinator or to your child’s teacher no later than 12^th September 2011.

Payment

Some activities have fees and payment needs to be made on or before the first session. Paid activities will be indicated under the course description.
