We will use our vision statement to guide our decision making in all aspects of school life.
-
We will provide high quality education for children from the international community (both expatriate and Romanian) from the ages of 3 to 19 in an English speaking environment.
-
We will not discriminate against children on any grounds (gender, race, creed, culture or ability), but seek to provide a accepting environment for children where all are equal and all are treated equally.
-
We will employ skilled, Native English-speaking, trained teachers to deliver a curriculum based on the National Curriculum of England and Wales. We will adapt this to meet the needs of our international community children, whilst acknowledging the heritage of our host country, Romania.
-
We will focus on the key skills in English, Mathematics, Science, and Information Technology, (using the guidance of the appropriate schemes of work) to enable all children to access the full width of the curriculum, so as to equip our children to succeed in their future studies and careers.
-
We will assess children against external standards, but will also assess them in terms of improvement and progress.

-
We will promote a caring ethos throughout the school (between children, staff and parents) so there is an atmosphere of mutual respect and cooperation.
-
We will develop our school in partnership with the parents of our children through regular meetings, regular reports on the progress of children, and through consultation on the service which we are providing as a school.
-
We will, as a school, keep abreast of developments in education worldwide and constantly seek to develop ourselves professionally. We are committed to supporting each other in terms of well-being and development and expect all staff, in return, to strive constantly for higher standards of performance and achievement.
